Pracheth Ravindra
Founder & CEO
Pracheth holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in International Business. With a career foundation built on innovation and strategy, he honed his expertise while working for the UK’s leading health insurance company. During this time, he collaborated closely with the mental health team, gaining a profound understanding of mental health and its critical role in overall wellbeing. This exposure sparked his passion for mental wellness. Witnessing the robust mental health support systems in UK workplaces, as well as the openness and lack of stigma around mental health discussions, left a lasting impression. He saw firsthand the transformative impact of prioritizing employee mental wellbeing—not just for individuals, but also for organizations, resulting in improved productivity and a healthier company culture.
Inspired to make a difference, Pracheth returned to India with a mission: to break the stigma surrounding mental health and embed a proactive culture of mental wellness into the Indian corporate landscape and industries. By bringing his wealth of experience and insights to Talene, he is dedicated to helping organizations foster healthier, more resilient workforces and ensuring that mental wellbeing becomes a cornerstone of professional life in India.

Dr. Prerna Maheshwari is a trusted and empathetic Psychiatrist in Bengaluru who specializes in providing trauma-informed, neurodivergent friendly, queer-affirmative mental health care. Following her MD in Psychiatry from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr. Prerna Maheshwari has held key roles as a senior resident at NIMHANS, Bengaluru and Spandana Nursing Home, Bengaluru. She has authored peer-reviewed publications and her expertise spans a range of psychiatric disorders, such as ADHD, addiction, anxiety, depression, OCD, psychosis, dementia, sleep and sexual disorders, PTSD, complex trauma and personality issues. With a patient-centered approach, she helps individuals of all ages understand and manage their mental well-being. Outside of work, Dr. Prerna Maheshwari actively participates in conferences, continuing medical education (CME) programs, and has a keen interest in writing poetry, having authored a poetry book for mental health disorders. Dr. Prerna takes a holistic approach, considering biological, social, developmental, and psychological factors to create personalized treatment plans. With her attentive, compassionate nature, Dr. Prerna believes in empowering her patients to gain self-awareness and take control of their mental health. In her initial sessions with clients, Preeti takes the time to thoroughly understand their life circumstances, challenges, and expectations from therapy. With a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Annamalai University, a Diploma in Counselling from Banjara Academy, and certifications in Intensive Counselling and Life Coaching, Preeti brings over eight years of experience in the field of mental health. She works primarily with adults, addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Preeti utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Dr Usha is an Ayurvedic physician with a postgraduate degree in Yoga from S-VYASA, Bengaluru.
